About Me

Hi everyone, Annemarie here. Welcome to my site, I hope you get some inspiration from being here. So just some things about me… 

I’m a holistic health practitioner & life coach, neuro-transformational therapist & clinical hypnotherapist. I help people heal & transform their lives, by breaking through limiting patterns & old traumas. You can engage me to facilitate workshops or speak at your next event. I run local classes, workshops and retreats – and offer a range of online support. I love helping people take creative control of their own stories. As a past people-pleaser I’ve compromised my self-worth a lot throughout my life. So my mission is to help individuals reclaim and maintain their stories by keeping things real. To live from their heart with love and kindness. And to humbly stand in their power.

Drawn to serve others I find peace in the little things in life. Positive Living is all about practicing happiness - even in adverse circumstances. It doesn’t mean to deny or ignore an issue, but to see the benefit in that situation to help us learn, grow and let go. Instead of being pulled by circumstances, positivity enables us to face the way we want to go and continue our journey with love and peace.
