Hi everyone, Annemarie here. Welcome to my site, I hope you get some inspiration from being here. Just some things about me… 

I’m a neuro-transformation coach, clinical hypnotherapist, meditation teacher, intuitive spiritual guide, author and speaker. I help people heal & transform their lives, by releasing old patterns and traumas. In particular, I love to help women reclaim their power and step into their light, after narcissistic or toxic relationships.

I offer private coaching and hypnotherapy sessions, as well as facilitate local meditation classes, workshops and retreats – and offer a range of online support.

I love helping people take creative control of their own stories.  As a past people-pleaser I’ve compromised my self-worth a lot throughout my life. So my mission is to help individuals reclaim and rewrite their stories by keeping things real. 

Drawn to serve others I find peace in the little things in life. This inspires and motivates me to keep learning, to keep going, to keep growing, and to keep showing up.
